Day 1 Arrival in Nairobi

On arrival at Nairobi International Airport, you will be met by our representative and assisted to the designated coach/car booked for you.

Transfer and check-in at The Ark (180km/3hrs)

You will be transferred by our driver guide to The Ark in the Aberdare region, a beautiful mountain range in the central highlands of Kenya.

Lunch at the Aberdare country club, where you will be assisted with the check-in formalities.

Post lunch, depart to The Ark in lodge vehicle.

The Ark is located at 1800 metres above sea level on the Aberdare Range, situated in the heart of Aberdare National Park. It overlooks a waterhole and salt lick, which attracts a host of wildlife. The Ark is composed of four decks, where numerous balconies and lounges provide a superb location to view wildlife.

Day 2 The Ark – Lake Nakuru National Park (200km/3hrs, Including Photo Shoot at the Equator)

Check-out after an early breakfast.

A day's drive will take you to the beautiful Lake Nakuru National Park at the base of Great Rift Valley, which is surrounded by lovely grassland. Visitors can enjoy the wide ecological diversity and varied habitats around Lake Nakuru itssurrounding areas. Lake Nakuru National Park is ideal for bird watching and safaris to view animals.

On arrival at Lake Nakuru National Park, check-in at Lake Nakuru Lodge.

Post-lunch, enjoy a drive to view wildlife.

Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge/similar hotel.

Day 3 Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara National Reserve (200km/5hrs)

Check-out after an early breakfast and depart for the Masai Mara National Reserve, which offers wonderful scenery and plenty of wildlife.

On arrival at Masai Mara National Park; check-in at Mara Leisure Camp.

Maasai Mara (Masai Mara) is situated in Southwest Kenya, and is one of Africa’s greatest wildlife reserves. Together with the Serengeti National park in Tanzania, it encompasses Africa’s most diverse and spectacular ecosystems, and may be the world’s top safari big game viewing ecosystem. Maasai Mara National Reserve covers 1,510 sq. km (580 sq. miles) and rises 1,500-2,170 metres above sea level. It hosts over 95 species of mammals and over 570 recorded species of birds. It is perhaps the only region left in Kenya where the visitor may see animals in the same super-abundance as they existed a Century ago.

Post-lunch, enjoy drive to view wildlife until sunset.

Dinner and overnight stay at Mara Leisure Camp.

Day 4 In Masai Mara National Reserve

Enjoy an early morning wildlife drive then return to your lodge for late breakfast.

Morning at leisure to relax, or opt for an optional mid-morning wildlife drive.

Post-lunch, depart for an afternoon wildlife drive in the national park.

Dinner and overnight stay at Mara Leisure Camp.

Day 5 Masai Mara National Reserve – Nairobi (250km/5hrs)

After breakfast, checkout and drive to Nairobi, Kenya's colourful capital city. Transfer to your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta Airport for departure.
